27-02-2026-: Gamma SIP Trunking Outbound Calls Failing:

12:26:- We are aware of an issue affecting outgoing calls over Gamma SIP Trunking.

Our investigations indicate that the problem is not within our network. Calls are successfully connecting from our side but are being terminated by session border controllers (SBCs) on Gamma Communications’ network.

We are currently working with Gamma to identify the root cause and will provide further updates as soon as more information is available.

16:11:- We have now identified that the issue is intermittent and after lengthy investigations with Gamma we believe we have identified the issue. Further updates will be provided when available.
