14-01-2026-: TTB Audio Quality Issues (SOLVED):
13:23:- We are currently aware of audio quality issues affecting a number of TTB numbers. Initial investigations have been completed, and we can confirm that there are no issues within our network. The fault has therefore been raised with the carrier for investigation on their side. Further updates will be provided as they become available.
13:41:- TTB have confirmed that they have raised a P1 incident on their side due to packet loss across their entire network. This is likely the cause of the audio quality issues affecting calls from their network to ours.
For reference, the TTB incident number is INC000101048900.
13:58:- TTB have confirmed that the issue has been resolved. We have carried out our own tests and were unable to replicate the problem. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure stability.
16:25:- We have been monitoring the situation and have not observed any further issues. This incident will now be marked as resolved.
